Delete Account

Latente lets users delete their account directly from within the app.

How to delete your account in the app

Open Latente and sign in.
Open the account or menu screen.
Select Delete account.
Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, or by including that address in your message.

What happens when your account is deleted

Your Latente account is removed.
Your active sessions and login tokens are revoked.
Your rolls, uploaded photos, shipments, and related in-app records are deleted from our app systems.
Related diagnostic events associated with your account are removed from our app systems.

What may still be retained

In limited cases, some transaction or compliance records may be retained where required by law or by third-party payment providers involved in processing your purchase.
